Always store and transport your jewellery in its box or pouch. It is important to keep each piece separate so they don't scratch one another. Fasten the locks on chains so they don't tangle while being transported. Try not to crush your jewellery when you’re wearing it. Or catch it on things unexpectedly. Keep water, perfume and other sprays and lotions away from your jewellery (moisture can discolor metal parts). If you wish to bring back the shine to a piece that has tarnished then use a small silver polishing cloth or non-abrasive silver polish. Bringing back the sparkle to gemstones is easy and very effective. Place a small amount of washing up liquid on a soft clean tooth brush and gently brush the stone from all angles. For items that contain colored resin inlay be sure not to immerse in water. Also keep in mind resin can crack if it is dropped from a height onto a hard surface. Following these tips can keep you jewellery in top condition for many years to come! |
For all online orders: If you are unhappy with your purchase or it is in some way faulty just send your item back unworn within 7 days, and choose from a refund or an exchange. There are some items you can't return: Earrings - for hygiene reasons we can't take these back. Please choose carefully and contact us if there is anything you are unsure about!
For all returns, all we ask is that the item is: Unworn in the same condition we sent it to you in its original jewellery box. Wrapped carefully and securely in its box in a well-sealed padded envelope. We recommend you use Recorded Delivery or another tracked service to return your item. WHAT IF IT IS FAULTY Our jewellery is handmade, we quality control every piece with care. If for some reason you receive a faulty item then simply send your item back within 7 days, and choose from a refund or an exchange. We will happily refund your postage costs (for faulty items only). Wrap your item carefully and securely in its box in a well-sealed padded envelope. Please use Recorded Delivery or any other tracked service, because we can't take responsibility if your parcel is lost in transit. OH OH.. I BROKE MY JEWELLERY! If you have broken a piece of jewellery the best thing to do is either contact us and we can repair for a small fee or source you local jewellers and take it to them for repair ( the latter may be cheaper and faster depending on what needs to be done). If you need any advice on repairs or if you feel the item was faulty by design then please don't hesitate to email us. |
