For all online orders: If you are unhappy with your purchase or it is in some way faulty, please send your item back unworn within 7 days, and choose a refund or an exchange. There are some items you can't return: Please choose carefully and contact us if there is anything you are unsure about! For all returns, all we ask is that the item is: Unworn in the same condition we sent it to you in its original jewellery box. Wrapped carefully and securely in its box in a well-sealed padded envelope. We recommend you use Registered Delivery or another tracked service to return your item. WHAT IF IT IS FAULTY Our jewellery is handmade, and we quality control every piece with care. If, for some reason, you receive a faulty item, then send your item back within 7 days, and choose a refund or an exchange. We will happily refund your postage costs (for faulty items only). Wrap your item carefully and securely in its box in a well-sealed, padded envelope.
