For all online orders:
 If you are unhappy with your purchase or it is in some way faulty, please send your item back unworn within 7 days, and choose a refund or an exchange.

WHAT IF IT IS FAULTY

Our jewellery is handmade, and we quality control every piece with care. 

If, for some reason, you receive a faulty item, then send your item back within 7 days, and choose a refund or an exchange.

We will happily refund your postage costs (for faulty items only).

Wrap your item carefully and securely in its box in a well-sealed, padded envelope. Please use Registered Delivery or any other tracked service, because we can't take responsibility if your parcel is lost in transit.
